Returns Policy

Online Store for Candle-Making Supplies

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases of candle-making raw materials made through our online store, in accordance with the applicable European consumer protection legislation.

  • Product Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

After receiving the order, the customer has the right to return products within 14 calendar days. In all cases, returned items must be in the condition in which they were received.

More specifically:

– Products must be in excellent condition, with no damage or signs of use (e.g. used wick, etc.).
– They must also be accompanied by all original documents, including proof of purchase (e.g. retail receipt).
– Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

  • Return Conditions

To exercise your right to return, you must complete the RETURN FORM.
Product returns can be made via any courier company of your choice.

Note: Returns sent via regular postal mail (ELTA) are not accepted.

The cost of returning the products is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for return shipping fees or any lost return parcels.

  • Return Conditions

After receiving and verifying the returned order, the store will proceed with the refund within 14 days to a bank account (IBAN) provided by the customer.
 Note: In all cases, the IBAN must be sent via email to: info@candlespap.gr

According to European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

This includes all items that are custom-made specifically for you, such as:

  • Candles or Easter candles (labades) with a name or specific design

  • Candles with a custom scent, color, or message

  • Any product made to order or customized upon request

For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalized products, unless there is a proven defect.

  • Modification of the Returns Policy

The store reserves the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time, in order to comply with applicable legal requirements or due to changes in business conditions. Customers will be informed of any updates through our website.

It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly review the Returns Policy before proceeding with any related action.

This Returns Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the online store for candle-making supplies. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions also constitutes acceptance of the Returns Policy.

If the customer does not agree with the terms of the Returns Policy, they have the right to refrain from making a purchase from the online store.

We strongly recommend that customers carefully read the Returns Policy before making any purchase through our website. Regarding returns, the store fully complies with European legislation and the conditions set forth in this policy.
